The ON-AIR Light Company’s product line consists of 4 different styles of lights, Retro, A-Frame, Simple, and Mega.  Housings are formed from highly polished aluminium. Backplates for mounting are Galvanealed folded steel. Our lenses are sign grade transparent, white Lexan, and vinyl. Standard vinyl colors are Blue, Red, and Black. Standard lens legends are ON-AIR, RECORDING, APPLAUSE, and SILENCE. Custom vinyl colors, text and graphics are available as well as custom color powder coating of the housings. All lights are available with LED illumination either 12 volts or 120 volts.  Retro, Simple, and A-Frame can be ordered with an incandescent light source at 12, 24, 120, or 220 volts.  All lights are made in California.

Mega
If you are looking for the largest polished aluminium warning light on the market stop looking because this is it. The Mega is almost 3 feet wide! Its aluminium housing is precision cut and then folded before being polished to a chrome-like finish. Illumination is provided by a modern LED light strip (12 or 120 volts). The lenses are cut from sign grade Lexan with a clear lens in front for vinyl protection and visual depth. Standard vinyl colors are Blue, Red, and Black. Standard lens legends are ON-AIR, RECORDING, APPLAUSE, and SILENCE. The lenses are cut from sign grade Lexan with a clear lens in front for vinyl protection and visual depth. Standard vinyl colors are Blue, Red, and Black. The instantly recognizable RETRO warning light is used throughout broadcasting facilities. The aluminium housing is formed by traditional sand-casting methods, machined, and then polished to a chrome-like finish.
